This 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath features charming coastal décor and a newly renovated kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops with Samsung stainless steel kitchen appliances. The kitchen features a granite top bar with 3 barstools and a bistro table with seating for 2. Hard wood floors can be found throughout the main living areas. There is an elevator equipped with service from the garage level to the first and second floor.

The first floor features a living room with vaulted ceilings and full length windows creating a bright; open atmosphere. This comfortable seating area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, club chair and a large LCD TV. The dining area is open to the living room with access to the screened porch. The dining room table seats 8 with an additional dining table on the screened porch. The screened porch is accessible from both the kitchen and dining area.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king size bed and an LCD TV. The master on-suite features tiled floors, a jetted tub and a walk in shower. The kids' room is also located on the first floor and includes a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full bed underneath. The kids' room also features an LCD TV and has a tub shower combo in its on-suite bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom located off the main living area.

Upstairs you will find two guest suites. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds, LCD TVs and access to a large screened porch with fabulous ocean views. This relaxing area is perfect for evening sunsets and includes two rocking gliders and a matching loveseat. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The house comes equipped with WiFi access and cable service. Off street parking is available for 4 vehicles. Home includes a gas grill. Weekly stays are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day with a Saturday arrival date. Major holidays require a weekly stay. A three night minimum stay is required for all other seasons. Pets are Not allowed at this property and the home is strictly Non-Smoking. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
