Relax on the screen porch, enjoy fishing on the dock, take out a kayak on the river, or soak up the rays at the community pool. All this only minutes away from the beach and downtown Folly Beach.  

The 1st floor features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Imagine cooking gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen while watching boats drift down the Folly River after a perfect day on the beach. The kitchen, with granite countertops, has everything even the most discerning chef would need to prepare a family meal. Living area has a 50-inch flat-screen TV and comfortable seating to watch the game or movies at night. Screen porch with access from the living room, has seating for 6 so that everyone can enjoy the sunset or sunrise on the Folly River together. 

All three bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s and high grade bedding and linens! The Master Bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the river. One queen bedroom is on the first level along with one full bathroom, which can be accessed from the queen bedroom or the hallway. Go up the stairs to the second queen bedroom which has a private, full bathroom. The king master bedroom is also found upstairs, also with a full, private bathroom. This townhome is perfect for families or several couples getting together.

Take in the lovely view, overlooking the marsh and river from the back patio. Don't feel like cooking? Center Street, the Folly Beach downtown area, boasts lots of local restaurants, or travel just a short 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston for a large array of eateries, historical tours, shopping, and much more!

Amenities include a full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use, central heat and air, modern appliances, access to the community pool, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen that guests replenish as they need. Some guests recommend renting a golf cart or bikes from a local company to take back and forth to the beach and around the island. 124 Waters Edge also has a golf cart that can be rented with the home. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guest may pay refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

The Community pool typically closes October 15th and reopens April 1st. Exact dates can change per the HOA. This is a non-smoking and Non pet-friendly property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. 24-7 On-call emergency staff. Property managed by Carolina One Vacation Rentals. No gatherings allowed that exceed maximum occupancy. Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment.
