William Hyman is lucky enough to be a Charleston native. Having grown up in Charleston and the surrounding areas during his childhood, William has called Seabrook, Downtown, Sullivan’s Island and West Ashley his home. He graduated from Porter-Gaud in 2009 where he played many sports, and continued at the collegiate level where he pursued his football career at UNC-Chapel Hill. William played two seasons for the Tar Heels before transferring to his now Alma-Mater the Virginia Military Institute where he earned two varsity letters and a scholarship as VMI’s starting outside-linebacker. William graduated from VMI in 2014 with distinction earning a degree in Psychology and Philosophy.
After graduating, William moved to Australia with his girlfriend and current real estate coworker, Sydney Howe, where they worked, surfed and traveled the Australian east coast, New Zealand and Indonesia.
After traveling for over a year, William realized just how lucky he is to call Charleston his home and is excited to be working in the real estate market. Having experienced living in the various Charleston areas, William is very knowledgeable about Charleston and its surrounding communities. He would love to share his combined knowledge of the real estate market with his skills in marketing, negotiation and valuation with anyone considering a purchase or a sale.
