OBJECTIVES

My objective is to serve my clients with a passionate commitment to

personal attention and a cutting edge expertise of the Charleston real

estate market. Whether working with a first-time buyer or helping someone

find a dream home, whether listing an apartment or beachfront property, I

will work tirelessly to ensure a smooth and professional real estate

transaction.

I graduated from James Madison University in 1995, and I am married with

two children. My family relocated to Mount Pleasant from Virginia in 2010,

and we currently live in Rivertowne Country Club in Mount Pleasant. In my

spare time, I enjoy running, watching my kids play sports, relaxing on

Sullivan's Island, and dining out down town.

I have sold single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Mount Pleasant,

Isle of Palms, James Island, West Ashley, Hanahan, Summerville, Ladson,

Goose Creek, and Wando/Cainhoy. I have shown property from Seabrook to

Folly Beach to Awendaw to Bonneau- all over the Charleston Tri-County

area.

RELOCATION TEAM SPECIALIST

I have helped clients relocate from many different states: Vermont, New

Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, and Florida. I have

personally lived and owned homes in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey,

Rhode Island, Virginia, and South Carolina. I know the importance of

having someone who will be there though every step of the process. Even

when my clients cannot be present, I will get to the closing table and

ensure their full satisfaction.
