"Selling Lowcounry Homes One Unique Transaction at a Time"
Greg Hughes realizes whether you are selling your home or you are looking for a new one, each customer’s needs are different and individualized, and therefore each transaction is unique. There are no cookie-cutter transactions. It is important to listen to client’s needs and desires to make all transactions proceed as smoothly as possible to completion.
Greg understands the selling or purchasing of real estate doesn’t end when the contract is ratified. His job really begins at that time. He is experienced at dealing with any road blocks that can get in the way of taking the process to closing. Many times, Greg is the only contact the buyer has with information about the community where he/she is making one of the biggest purchases/investments of their lives. It is important to him that not only the process goes smoothly, but that he is also a resource for his clients for non-real estate questions.
Greg and his family have lived in Mount Pleasant for over 25 years. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and an Eagle Scout. A church council member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. His wife, Teresa is a longtime part of Carolina One and currently works as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the company. They have two adult sons. The older one is a custom home builder in Mount Pleasant and the younger one is a graduate student at College of Charleston. Greg and Teresa have one grandchild who was born in December of 2015.
