A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Ayesha Giles-Burch graduated from Garrett High School. Never knowing that she would be so blessed to travel many parts of the world, she went on to attend the College of Charleston. After becoming married to Frank Burch Jr., a now retired United States Veteran, Ayesha  transferred to Augusta State University in Augusta Georgia where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education. After relocating to Fairbanks, Alaska, she established her own Childcare which serviced military family through the state of Alaska. Three years later the United States Army relocated the family to Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Springs brought on new adventures, branding Mrs. Burch as a “pure-bred cowgirl” with hats, boots, and a saddle out at Countryside Childcare as a Facility Director. Moving on to Bamberg Germany, she pursued a career as AFTB Program Manager where she managed Army Family Team Building and Army Family Action Plan, two command driven government ran programs for Army Community Services. Being the program manager of 27 people, catapulted Ayesha into Managerial excellence. Doing her journey, her husband's military career move the family two more places. Aberdeen, Maryland and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. There she worked for DECA and taught at Wheeler Elementary School, Wahiawa Hawaii.
Ayesha prides herself on Spirituality, Kingdom Building, family, loyalty, and love. Because of her humble demeanor and southern accent, somewhere along the way she was nicknamed the “Southern Hummingbird”. She attends Noah's Ark Missionary Baptist Church, North Charleston. Ayesha enjoys singing, dancing, family time and Hawaiian beach hopping.
