Didie and Herb Koger are Charleston natives and are veterans of the real estate industry.  They were the first husband and wife duo to be awarded the South Carolina Order of The Palmetto in 1996 by Governor David Beasley.  This award is the State's highest civilian honor and was awarded for extraordinary lifetime achievement and service to the state and nation.  Didie attended the University of South Carolina and first received her real estate broker's license in 1982.  She achieved her ABR and CBR Realtor designations in 1998.  Herb, a graduate of The Citadel has had a remarkable career in both the military and engineering fields fefore joining his wife and forming Team Koger in 1997.  He received his GRI designation in 1999 and his broker's license in 2003.
